The “Hug”; is a meet up, open to women who are experiencing perimenopause, as well as those who are interested in learning more about this stage of life.
Our aim is to provide a space where women can feel understood and empowered
It is all about coming along to chat with fellow ladies (like yourself), to provide a safe & supportive space for discussion, sharing tips & resources for managing peri/menopause symptoms. This is an opportunity to share your experience, ask questions and connect with others going through similar situations, and where you can access resources and information to help manage symptoms and improve our quality of life.
Whether you’re just starting to notice changes in your body, have been struggling with perimenopause for some time, are now post-menopausal, you’re welcome to join us.
Our group is open to women of all ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles.
There will be tea, coffee & cake available and a raffle.
Attendance is £10 and tickets are available here: https://buytickets.at/claritykent/1005082 to purchase from Ticket Tailor.
